Ruaha’s remarkable beauty lies not only in the landscape and its diversity of flora and fauna, or the impressive wildlife, but also in the feeling of having the wilderness all to yourself. With only a handful of visitors at a time, in Tanzania’s second largest national park, this is an exceptional safari experience.

Jabali Ridge: These camps and lodges are run by an organization – Asilia which is one of the pioneers in the industry. Here we are lucky enough to welcome guests to some of the most special places on earth. Places of fantastic nature with rich wildlife and full of cultural significance. These areas are of exceptional value to all of us living on this planet, now and in the future. With the organization’s presence and through your visit, you can make a lasting positive impact on both nature and local businesses. By generating revenue, we increase opportunities for people to thrive and support efforts that preserve and ultimately expand pristine habitats. The goal is to make a real difference with everything we work with.

They pride themselves on taking a pioneering approach: setting up camps and lodges in areas where tourism has a small footprint and making long-term commitments to these places to thrive. Ultimately, sustainable tourism can transform new areas, turning them into viable and sustainable conservation-based economies, with perpetual revenue for both its people and wildlife protection.

Whether you already have a presence or are exploring opportunities to enter new countries, the key to making an impact is knowing where the biggest challenges are. It starts with assessing the control and management structure, identifying gaps and determining the best way to address the problems that arise. Asilia takes a joint approach and works with local communities, government agencies, voluntary organizations and other businesses to achieve the best possible long-term outcomes for the areas we are committed to. These partnerships allow us to identify where we can make the greatest contribution and impact.
